Review content:
This company is horrible. They have been out 3 times in less than a year to work on my fridge. They replace the main control last year and I had problems immediately. I called them and told them what the fridge was doing and they said it was normal. Then the fridge quit cooling, 3 weeks later they ""fixed"" it. Again, I reported the noises and the repair man said it was nothing. Now it's broken again and this repair man said the noise was from the Main Control panel shorting out (the mysterious noise I had been hearing since they replace this part a year ago!) Now they tell me that part is only warrantied for 90 days! So I get to spend another $500 to replace the same part! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Pros: Happy to come out and take your money
Cons: Don't fix anything!
