The review by the lady writing about the Whirlpool Duet dryer-Has to be some kind of bad joke!She could:nt locate anyone except some joker from craigs list,mad at Grayson Collin Appliance because someone else charged a bunch of $ and did:nt repair the unit and she finds GCA to come out,repair what they did,gets the control board that she bought online repaired,reinstall the terminal block(why it was sparking)ONLY charges her 115$ for all this and she is gripping????? Sounds like Grayson Collin Appliance did a great job and did it at a great price.This goes to show that even a company with a 98% approval rating still cannot please everyone!Next time lady go back to craigs list and dont bother Grayson Collin Appliance.GCA strives to please everyone at a very reasonable price.I hope normal people will see how rediculous her review really is.Thank you .E Martin
