Very disappointed: Ordered flowers to go to local hospital at 8:30 in the morning on the website. Not received by 1pm so I called. I was told by a male that they were sitting right there. He was going to wait until he left the shop to deliver them because he lives in that area. When asked what time that would be I was told 5:30 to 6pm. Isn't this why I am charged a delivery fee? So they can be delivered? Not so I can pay for his gas to get home. At 7pm they still were not delivered TO the patient. I called several numbers and received NO response. I was livid. The ordere bouquet was finally delivered at 9pm to the patient. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will never use this floral shop again OR recommend to my friends and family. Word of mouth goes a long way and this gal knows how to talk.
