I am a customer of Lakewood automotive. I do not have a groupon DISCOUNT book I never have and I never will. YOU KNOW WHY? I DO NOT NEED A coupon boo because these guys are the real deal. This shop is amazing. They already have great rates. I dont need a FREE OIL CHANGE 27 point inspection coupon. Sounds like Hailey did not want to spend the money. Did you go in to the shop? If I had a issue which I never have. I would have gone in and taked to them face to face. They would have resolved my issue. I have had a total of 4 cars in ten years time. They installed a engine in my SUV and I drove it 6 years no issues. Have a 2 door compact car that just broke down had it towed in, got it fixed NO ISSUES. I thought the world of Mike Bower and considering the front desk girl was related to him. I just found out over a year ago he passed stage four cancer. This girl that works there has more guts than me to keep going into work then have to deal with idiots like Hailey. You need to weigh reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone does not share all sides of a story. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME and if I did not have lakewood automotive I dont know what I would do. I depend on them and they deliver ALL THE TIME
