I contacted Sewell to repair my Maytag washer. The repairman was polite and punctual but after he left the washer still leaked just like before. He came back the next day and said the problem wasn't in the washer but in the drainage in the plumbing behind the washer. In other words, I paid for a repair that wasn't needed, although the repairman said the washer did need the repair he performed!!! Once a plumber came and repaired the drainage pipe the leaking stopped...but I had still wasted $161.58 on an unneeded repair. Sadly, Sewell has lost me as a customer forever due to this.
Pros: polite repairman, came right back out
Cons: high prices, did unneeded repair
