Review content:
First of all Dave is rude and unpleasant. When I brought my computer in, they said they couldn't look at it for a week. That was fine, but then they didn't actually get to it for several days after they said they would. Nobody ever called me to tell me what was up. The repair took another week or so. All in all they had my computer about three weeks. I give them two stars because Dave took thirty dollars off of the backup fee because of the delay. But, they didn't really back up my stuff, just copied my photos, so I lost my documents and music.
