I've used Roto Rooter before and will continue to use them. I had a problem with my sewage line which caused sewage to back up. The representative that took my call was very polite and cooperative. She made sure the right technician with the proper equipment was dispatched. They came within the time frame that I requested. The technician Josh #348 was very professional, and explained in detail exactly what was going on. He cleaned up what little mess was there and provided excellent service.
