Those are just a few words I can use to describe my experience with Josh (#348) From Roto-Rooter. He arrived at my house, explained what needed to be done to clear the blockage that was causing drain backup into my tub. Before he did anything is explianed the cost and the possible risks. He didn't try to pressure me or sell me anything on top of the service he was there to provide. After he came to the rescue and fixed my problem, He took the time to explaine to me why using ""drano"" like product was not the best choice and suggested some alternatives. I did think they were a little expensive but I did appreciate the free services that came with the orignal service. Overall great experience.
