Their Angie's list rating convinced me to call Fox to unclog my drain line. The tech arrived at the beginning of the 2hr arrival window. Marcus was friendly and professional, and understood exactly what the problem was--after 17 years of plumbing, he should! The problem was solved within an hour, and he left behind great maintenance advice. He also cleaned up completely. As he said when he left, ""Don't take this the wrong way, but I hope I don't see you again any time soon!"" Our friends will hear about our great experience. Be sure to ask for Marcus!
