Review content:
We received estimates from 4 different plumbing companies regarding problems with our sewer line and chose to go with Fox Plumbing because they seemed competent and candid in the work that needed to be done. The quote was reasonable and they did not try to charge us unnecessarily. When they actually opened the ground up, they found the root of our problem was due to installation of a gas line. They promptly advised us to call the gas co. that installed the line. When the gas co. showed up, they admitted liability and apologized for the problem. Fox then fixed the problem at no cost to us. From the begininng, the people we dealt with at Fox Plumbing surpassed our expectations. So, thank you Doug, Mike and Jose for a job very well done!!!! And thank you very much for saving us $5,450++!!!!
