Jesse is the technician who arrived at my house for what I thought was an hour's worth of work. It turns out many pipes and parts in the house and in the crawl space had to be replaced. However, considering this had not been done in 60 years, I think I got lucky. Jesse gave me quotes, hourly updates on the progress, and left a clean environment. Great work; I will definitely use Fox Plumbing & Heating again. Thank you for the great work - and I still came in under my original budget!
