***** 5 Stars. I called Clickaway to look at my slow home network. Michael showed up with a new router. Mine was faulty as I suspected. He replaced it quickly and when testing it on my daughter's laptop, found that her hard drive was nearly full - not great when she's just about to leave for college. Said he would take it to the shop to swap out the hard drive for a bigger one. I thought I'd ask about all the other annoying gadgets that don't work, fax machine and digital camera's. He took those to the shop too. Few days later, laptop, fax, cameras all returned in great working order. One stop shopping!
