My macbook all of a sudden wouldn't boot up and i got an awful grey screen instead of a lovely working computer. Hardware problem! I took it in and they got me in right away, they explained it may be bad and it may be an easy fix, but they'd help me along the way and it was going to be free if it since it was a hardware problem and I had applecare luckily. Even better, it was the easy fix! I picked my computer up same-day! I recommend Clickaway for anyone with an apple computer with applecare or without who doesn't want to drive to the nearest genius bar.?Thanks for being professional, and most of all explaining to me everything since I don't know anything about computer hardware. ??I highly recommend, being a student they were lifesavers for me! :)?Also, location is nice. It's right across from the petsmart/ ross complex.
