ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD PURCHASING A PRODUCT. I talked to a representative over the phone prior to my visit and was given an estimated price only to find out upon entering the store and after spending hours on the project that the price was, in fact, much greater.
After working for a few hours with an employee they then tell me that they cannot do it so back to the drawing board I went to then find out through another employee that the original print was doable.
So after hours of wasted effort and misguided advice I have my finished product only to then receive a call stating they messed up and now the finished product could potentially conflict with my deadline.
What started as a $70 fee turned into a $90, which I was not prepared to pay as I am a student on a budget. When I began to dispute the price an employee literally YELLED AT ME. I then asked for the manager, which resulted in a $10 deduction. That hardly cushioned the blow after being verbally assaulted by a barbaric Neanderthal but by this point I wanted to move on from this inconceivably painful experience and write this horrible review. NEVER GO HERE!
