I trekked to Jenkintown on a thursday night to experience the ""Best"" spa for a facial. I was rushed back and left in a comfortable room but the service room was disoraganzied and messy.My esthetician was well educated but the constant staff conversation in the hallway was annoying. The worst was the front desk personnel made me feel I was interupting them by buying products and proceeded to discuss closing numbers before I had even been rung up. They litterally shoved my bag at me and demanded my payment. Dont expect a friendly smile,a goodbye or the option of rebooking. I dont expect i'll go back, service makes a place good not articles.
