2/18- It would have been nice when Wendy called to confirm our appointments the day prior, to inform us of the Detour for Heaven Spa exit. She was aware we were traveling from MD. Also confirmed I wanted to talk to her in more detail about a Spa Party in July for the 10-18 people.
The overall place looked nice, the manicure room I was in was right next to the entrance to the back. I had the pleasure seeing everyone who was brought in for a service. My hands were not washed prior to placing them into the paraffin wax.
Did not feel the ambiance of this Spa. Wendy did not give us the tour of the Spa as she promised. Customer service VERY DRY & LACKING! VERY AVERAGE.
