As I was checking in and paying for my service couple weeks ago I found the front desk girl to be very rude who was speaking a different language to another employee who happend to be working on someones nails. She was yelling acoss the salon speaking a different language. I asked her who is the manager of this spa and she repiled with attitude ""I am the manager"". This wasn't the first time and its always the same girl that I see speaking a language other than english. I have been a customer of the spa for about a year now. I dont think speaking a different language in front of clients is professional. Blowing kisses across the salon is also very unprofessional. As we all know heavenly massage is famous for its name but I do not recomment the Mount Prospect location. For those who dont know there are other locations.
