I was in there today and was just astonished that the help there just ignored me. When I finally picked out what I needed and waited at the counter it took them 10 min's to aknowledge me and take my money. he was too busy bench racing with his buddy. The owner ther should take his employees and show them the door. he's not getting what an employer should get from his paid employees. Because of this experience I will be going to Cycle House, BVH, 2wheel Custom Performance, or anybody else for my needs. I have 2 bikes of my own and my 3 sons have bikes. All my business will be going elsewhere !!!
