Thank goodness that Roto-Rooter came to my rescue. I had used another ""un-named"" company 6 weeks ago who said they rooted exactly what Roto Rooter had completed. Not so! Be careful out there - I have talked to this company since, and they deny that they did not complete their work. RR - said that ""it was impossible for them to have rooted to the street. Yes, my front yard is a mess and will be until the dirt and clay settle at the end of this summer. However, I just want to say that the job was done correctly. timely, and professionally. The guys working were polite and answered all my questions, including my neighbors! Be careful when scheduling a major plumbing job, folks - I got stung, paid twice, and got what I wanted in my second stab. Roto-Rooter is the best. Good luck.
