Review content:
Called Roto Rooter this morning with a non-emergency issue, and they had a guy out to my house at noon. They called me when he was on his way, and he arrived at the very beginning of the two hour window they gave me. He diagnosed the problem, located the pipe to be repaired, and got right to work. Floorboards had to be removed to access the pipe, but he replaced them all after the work was completed and the end result looks just fine. He also helped me diagnose a leaky shower stall while he was here.
Pros: reponsive, professional, knowledgeable
Cons: a bit pricey
