During the worst snow storm in Nashville, TN in 7 years, my only toilet stopped working. Water backed up into my tub and water GUSHED from my toilet, flooding my bathroom. With all the roads dangerously covered with snow and ice, I feared no one would be able to get to me. Many businesses were closed due to the weather. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Rotor-Rooter and someone answered. After listening to my problem, the person assured me that someone would be able to get to me within 2 hours. Within about an hour and a half Technician Jay Vujic arrived at my house. His personality and professionalism instantly alleviated my distress. He went beyond what I expected by digging up the snow and ice in several locations looking for some sort of outlet pipe. The temperature was below freezing and snow was still falling. I looked on in amazement! After not finding what he was searching for, he presented me with alternate repair plans . He worked with me until he came up with one that was affordable and guaranteed for 6 months! He patiently explained the problem , its cause and prevention to me. He also made suggestions concerning other possible future plumbing problems. He did the repairs and left my bathroom clean. As I watched him drive off with the crunch of icy snow beneath his van tires and waved at him through a haze of falling snow I was suddenly overcome by an overwhelming sense of relief and satisfaction! This was by far the most incredable service call I have ever experienced! THANK YOU JAY AND ROTO-ROOTER!
