Review content:
The toilet in my 97 year old mother's house didn't work. I was in town from Calgary Alberta for a very short time and needed help fairly quickly. I called Roto Rooter, the person who answered the phone gave the factual info that the service person would be out, give me an estimate, repair the problem if possible and said they could be at our house within the hour. The service man arrived, gave me the estimate and what needed to be done, and repaired the problem. He was the nicest gentleman, was very thoughtful, efficient, and very professional. I paid him, he left and with in another hour, we were paid a visit by another RotoRooter gentleman wanting to know if his service man did the job.
Pros: very professional, very efficient, Tech's name MINO
Cons: I found no cons or drawbacks
