This morning discovered a leak from an upstairs toilet that ran all the way to my basement ceiling. What a great way to start a day! After a few phone calls to a other local plumbers, I discovered long phone waits, service call charges, and a general lack of concern for my problem. No one was able to get to my house until the next day-----and this wasn't going to cut it for me!
I left the house for work in the morning thinking I had solved the problem temporarily after shutting the water off to a toilet that had been wobbling back and forth (perhaps the wax seal was broken).
My wife called around 5:00pm saying the leak had returned....apparently my initial diagnosis of the problem was wrong! After another Google search, I found Roto Rooter at 5:00 pm, called immediately, and they were at my house by 6:30 pm. I was amazed to hear that there was no service charge for them to show up, and no ""after hours fees"" for them to come after 5:00 pm. Another plus (a huge one for me) was that my problem was addressed immediately; I was not put on hold, or transferred around to different people!
I thought these folks only unclogged drains----was I wrong! What I discovered was a plumbing company that I plan on using for life and recommending to many others outside of this review!
