Ah yes, the horrible gurgling sound of a backed up drain and toilets! Ugh! Saturday morning on New Years Eve. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get anyone before next week. I called these guys at 9 a.m. and Radeslav arrived at 9:45. He checked everything out, found the septic tank, dug up the access, snaked the main line, checked the tank to see how full it was, and then checked and double checked all of the fixtures and shower to be sure everything was running clear. He was also mindful of muddy shoes and took them off before going through the house. A great experience. I highly recommend this company. Oh, they also gave me a 3-month guarantee.
