Saturday, 26 of May, 2012: I was in my car parked across from Whole Foods and on the phone with my brother who called to say my mom was rushed to the ER and might not make it. Next to me was a car parked that had the front hood up. Park City towing pulled up behind me to help the broken down car. I jumped out while on the phone with my brother and said nicely but panicked ""Hey, can you move your truck so I can get out""? The young guy with PC towing snapped and said ""You need to say please"" and ignored my request by walking up and tending to the vehicle next to me. I walked up to him and said ""I'm on the phone with my brother and my mom has been rushed to the Emergency Room"". He still snapped and said ""say please"". I couldn't believe his arrogance and had to yell. My mom is dying and this guy is senseless punk.
