Review content:
I had a friend(male) who was at The Gaudenzia House . The program here is awful, they dont help these people be productive that come into this half way house, they dont help them to get to jobs, outside group counseling or doctor appointment's, or aa meetings. They dont follow up with programs these men should be following up with when their released from jail to here. No wonder these men become repeat offenders because they are placed in programs like this that offer no support from this program or any real follow up from parole officers, then they discharge them into home in the dirtiest homes infested with roaches and dirty moldy homes. Again no follow up,yeah their parole officer checks on them maybe monday - thursday and these guys have teir routines down tat come the weekends they no these officers wont be out to check on them . these me & women dont have a chance at rehabilitation , Your system needs to make changes on how they help out people returning into our community to stay out of prison . Your program is aweful and so is your parole program and housing, and the women whos home you use (pauline) er homes should be clsed down their roach infested and disgusting
