Review content:
My sons paid for his car repairs after waiting six months for repairs. Charlie said it was stored in a garage and made us wait an entire day. When we finally went to his shop we waited over an hour because our car was blocked in the garage by another car that had locked brakes.y son told Charlie we had been waiting all day and he wanted to see the car . Charlie gave us an address and hung up saying he couldn't wait the 3 minutes it would take us to get there after he had made us wait all day. We found the car blocked in the driveway of a residential property Charlie owns. We called the Lakewood police and they came out to question the tenant but told us we would have to file a civil suit to get our own car back even after we showed them all of our paid paperwork. They also advised us that Charlie is known for this type of activity . DO NOT take your car there unless you want to hire a lawyer to get it back! Beware and believe all the negative reviews they are all true. Just call the Lakewood police for yourself .
