I was very impressed with the knowledge of Matt who came to our home. We showed him our very old hot water heater and then he gave us all the options that were avaliable to us, tankless heater, new hot water heater, going all solar. After consideration we chose to go with a tankless heater and have not been disappointed at all. Matt had to crawl under our house (that was built in 1923) and had to do quite a bit of plumbing in order to install this tank. He was fast, efficeint, always had a smile and did an amazing job! we love our tankless heater and when calling for a plumber it will be Matt at Earls!
