I currently live here and thank god I just got approved for a home loan. This place is a JOKE. 2 words--- BED BUGS. When alerting Pat, the owner, I was informed that they would put me on the list of apartments that needed to be fumigated. I was told that if the other tenants don't see any she wont spray because they don't move to other apartments. Maybe she should do some research. On top of the bug issue, within the last 3 weeks, there has been 2 break ins. 1. in the parking lot, several cars were broken in to. 2. an apartment was broken in to, and NO ONE from the management team thought it was necessary to let current tenants be aware of these activities. MOLD grows everywhere. I complained about it, they said the would "fix" it. Their fix... paint over the mold.. I could go on and on and on, but PLEASE stay away from these apartments.. Pat, Tom and Angela.... your apartments are a joke. You NEED to do something about them before they are condemned. Sincerely someone who would rather live out of their car then spend anymore time in this bed bug, mold, flea infested apartments. Thank god I'm Moving.
