Review content:
I hired them for an insurance job. Before signing we agreed to taking bids but once signed the refused taking bids. They threw debris (fans, carpet tiles, textiles etc.) on the entry stoop. It looked like trash. Did not clean up after themselves. I spoke to my adjuster about my concern with their professionalism so BroCon walked off the job only cleaning two rooms and invoiced me $4,387. I told them there is no possible way they did that much work. CitiMortgage inspector confirmed smoke soot and sloppy unclean work. BroCon put a lien on my house so I settled for $3,300 (I was not happy about). When they walked off the job they took my brand new fridge and held it for ransom. My attorney got Brent Ernest, owner of BroCon, to return it and it shows up with a dent in the stainless steel door. He denies it. But according to the contract they warranty ALL their work. We will see how this pans out.
When he removed the ceiling fan he left the wiring and bar dangling from the ceiling which the city inspector suggested I press charges for reckless demolition. It was a major fire hazard.
I do not suggest this company at all.
