Review content:
I have an old computer that had crashed. I had a ton of pictures and music on my computer that I didn't want to lose. I called Staples EasyTech computer repair service and wsa told to bring it in for them to diagnose. I paid the $179 bucks and they kept it for a week. When I called asking about my computer they had trouble locating it. WTF?? After a couple of days and a few harassing phone calls they finally find my PC. I am then told it will another week before they will have it ready. At this point I am frustrated and feel like I am not being taken seriously as a customer. I refuse to let them keep it for another week and possibly lose it for real this time. I took the d*mn thing home and ended up finding online a few remote services. I called a few and asked about prices. I finally selected Secure Remote Support hoping that they could help. After a short conversation with a representative I sent them my computer. In a week I had it back with a replaced power supply. Apparently the old one was worn out and just needed replacing. I was so relieved that I almost started crying when I pushed the power button and it started up. It was fast and cheap to have them fix my computer.
