I have been a customer of G & L Auto Repair for a couple years. Prior to finding G & L, I went to dealerships and paid exorbitant amounts of money and was "jerked" around in the process. Recently, G & L gave me a phone quote based on "my best guess" at what I thought the problem was with my daughter's used car. After the diagnostic evaluation, I received a straightforward description of the problem, which was more extensive than I could have anticipated. They could have easily fixed what I "thought" the problem was, which often happens at dealerships. Instead, they saved me money by getting at the root of the problem while eliminating return trips to the shop, which would have been very expensive. I thank them for keeping my family in cars that run safely and well.
