they were helpful until we paid...i was wanting to go on a cruise for my honeymoon, so i should have known better when the woman suggested bunkbeds for my HONEYMOON...they told us that all the things that they had supposedly included were not ($610 worth of lies) with only 3 days before my honeymoon...we just ended up cancelling the whole thing and stopped payment on the check i gave them, not going to let anyone take advantage of me just because of my age or because they don't know what they're doing...would't recommend to my worst enemy...well, maybe i would, hehe
Pros: easier (or so i thought) than planning on your own
Cons: they are lazy workers, won't return phone calls, lie about the prices, and in the end, made it harder on me
