WENT IN TWO DENTS IN THE HOOD ON A 2008 WITH UNDER 20,000 MILES FROM AN EMPLOYEE USING TOO MUCH FORCE EITHER PUSHING DOWN TO CLOSE THE HOOD OR PUSHING DOWN TO RELEASE THE HOOD FROM THE REMOTE RELEASE TO OPEN IT. THE MANAGER DISMISSED IT SAYING THE EMPLOYEE SAID HE DID NOT DO IT, IT CAME IN THAT WAY AND HE BELIEVES THE EMPLOYEE 100%. ANYONE CAN PUT THEIR HANDS ON THE HOOD AND FELL ANS SEE THE DAMAGE WAS MADE BY THE HEEL OF SOMEONE'S HANDS.
