I had my car taken here one day. The next morning, without looking at the car, they called me and told me that it "may or may not" be totalled. When asked why they would even call me and tell me that, they said "We wanted to know how much you wanted fixed." I want it all fixed. They then told me that it would be two weeks before they even LOOKED at the car to fix it. Unacceptable. For a three thousand plus dollar repair, it's rediculous. I called numerous times during the day, left messages, still heard nothing back. At about five oclock, when I finally managed to get a hold of someone, the guy said he'd never gotten any messages. This is an extremely unprofessional organization. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!
