Was in the market for a vehicle and found one online that was for sale at Donohoo Auto in Pelham, AL. I drove over to check out the car. The receptionist was very friendly, but the salesman was INCREDIBLY rude and acted like he didn't want to deal with me even after I made a cash offer on the vehicle to begin negotiations. He didn't even make a counter offer to get things going; he was very short and rude. I am a very pleasant, laid back person, and buying a car is incredibly stressfull. These people are NOT fun to work with and I took my business elsewhere. I would NOT recomment doing business at Donohoo Auto even to my worse enemies.
Pros: Nice lot, huge inventory of nice vehicles
Cons: Unpleasant and unprofessional salesmen
