Too bad the other reviewer did not understand the business model. The staff is very upfront about the price of the vehicle. They advertise an extremely fair price so there is NO negotiating. Their advertised price is the bottom line. I drove 300 miles to buy a Lexus because it was a top notch vehicle at the best price in the southeast. I offered less than advertised via a phone conversation but a salesman explained their method of doing business and I said fine. It was still the best price. There are no pushy salespeople because they do not work on commission so everyone is willing to help you. Best car buying experience I have ever had and I am no spring chicken but I am an accountant!
