Review content:
Store employees here act like they're doing YOU a favor by shopping there. They rarely ask you if you need help with anything. Anytime you walk into the fish department none of the employees even notice you. They'll just be working on their tanks or talking to eachother or eating their lunch. Even when I walk up to one of them and look them in the faces they won't make eye contact until I actually ask for help. Talk about making the customer feel awkward. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR 2 YEARS AND THE EMPLOYEES STILL ACT LIKE THEY DON'T RECOGNIZE ME. That is it though, I am not shopping here anymore after today. Plus this is probably one of the ugliest pet stores for its' size I have seen. Only plus about this place is that you can buy pets they don't have at places like Petsmart or Petco.
