The doctors of this place are just ok, not a great thing, but the administrative staff is one of the most disorganized on earth. They are rude on the phone, don't even ask you basic questions, such as: what's your insurance?. Once you arrive to the place, they make you wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room before they tell you they "can't see you because they just dropped your insurance", with no regards for people's time and money. Customarily, when you call a doctor's offices, you are asked what type of insurance you have (does it ring a bell?). In the case of a regular patient (which we were), when they do drop an insurance, usually letters of courtesy are sent to their patients advising of this change (Gee, for the three people waiting in the waiting room, that would not have been an extremely exhaustive task). To add insult to the injury, they don't even apologize or make any attempts to correct their laziness and incompetence. We will never return to this place and I strongly suggest you don't visit it either. It is NOT worth the hassle. Save your time and money, and find a friendlier, more efficient place. We did Pros: null Cons: null
