I took my truck in for a oil and transmission fluid change wich include new transmission filter,later on the day they call me saying that they were done but that my truck was not driveable so i ask them why and they said "we don't know why but we can run a test for 90 dollars and find out why ",so i said no because my truck was running fine when i drope it off.So i went to the shop to talk to them and they show me the truck.The truck was not going in reverse or foward.I was real mad beause my truck was not like that before and i had a feeling that they were the ones the create the problem.I call a friend of mine who knows about cars and he notice that they had broken the manual lever mechanism in the automatic transmission .I talked to the people in the shop about it but they said they did not broke it because they were not even close to that mechanism,come on! so i end up paying a different shop 350 dollars to repair my car.Be carefull when taking your car to this guys they will rip you off.I am going to file a complaint with the automobile bureu
