As nice as Lemont Center considering its wide rangeof effective services and it's seeminly happy and well kept residents, it's achilles feet lies in it's top management. While i cannot fully confirm if the D.ON is a drug addict,though she looks like one, It is an open secret among the junior staff that the administrator and the D.O.N are very racist. African Americans and other Black descendants are the target of this racism. I
