The best experience I've ever had furniture shopping! I saw what I wanted on the website, then went to the Los Angeles showroom to look at it to confirm it was what I wanted. I appreciate the fact that this online furniture store has a location where you can actually go and see what you're getting. I think this is a good strategy. The sales associate Kasey Roberson was as professional and friendly as they come. The furniture delivery was scheduled for the next day (there was a minimal fee, based on your delivery location our was $79 for Long Beach) with no drama and the delivery people called thirty minutes before delivery time as we agreed. When the delivery men showed up, they were equally as polite and professional being extra careful with bringing in, unpacking & assembling my bedroom set and mattress. This is something I really appreciate because just last year, movers have come into my home to deliver something, and when they leave I see doorways damaged, pieces of plastic of what they delivered on the floor, damaged merchandise delivered and then redelivered (as if I couldn't tell) and I won't mention the names but these are large reputable companies we all have heard of. So, from the beginning to the end I had a experience I am thankful for and really appreciate. Great service, prompt delivery and amazing prices!
