Review content:
I went to this highly touted spa. I have been to several other spa facilities including Four Seasons so I write this review with experience. Firstly I was made to wait with no one to ask me if I needed anything for a good 20 minutes. Somewhat weird and embarrasing. The worst part was I got a room (later I read that several other reviewers got this as well) that seriously was a closet. I coulnt even move around properly. The massage itself was ok but started late. I could hear the front desk phone ringing EVERY FEW MINUTES! So much for the "tranquility". The manager had the audacity to claim to me that "our clients use cell phones and we cannot control it". I told him it was a distinct land line ringing that I constantly heard while being massaged. He did not say a word. All in all, off my list and anyone I talk to. There is way too much choice in our beloved city of Philly.
