Done business there before ,no problem. This visit was do to a starter going bad they rebuilt 5 months before. They said the car was going to be ready in 5 more minutes while calling to see if it was done yet.Recieved a call saying I had problems, that the starter mounting bolt was broke and they needed another day to remove the bolt. They called and said it was done that luckily the bolt could be removed. The bill was 100.00 for the labor to remove the bolt and 8.00 for the new bolt.Told Jim that its not right to charge me for this, that I have been a Chevrolet technician and in the auto repair field for over 30 years. That when a accident like that happens its up to the shop/tech to handle it not push the costs to the customer. He says that hes never seen a dealership eat that cost.He just wanted to argue and not hear what I was telling him,so I said I dont want to argue with you, just give me my car.He looked bad, very bloodshot eyes and acted differently than other times I had been there. This was very unfair and a very bad experience with this business!
