Unbelievable! This guy says he will slice off the memory foam mattress that we had brought from his store a couple years back; but later on during the week. THEN, he changes his mind and he does not want to cut old mattress and suggested me to buy a new one. I even mentioned that this is for my wife who has a terminal illness and he could not care less. I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THAT PLACE! This store keeps on changing their own customer service policy ~ profiteering over well-beings of their customers...!
Pros: Great memory foam mattress
Cons: Expensive and crappy customer services ~ prefers to profit than to help out customer needs.
