Review content:
We had a problem with our battery and we purchased it downstate and did not want to drive clear back there to get it fixed. We found this Sears Auto Center in Grand Rapids which is only an hour drive and decided to try there. We were very pleased with the friendly reception we got and then the description of what they had to do in order to replace the battery. It took 45 minutes and they called when it was done. I would like to say that I would recommend this Sears Auto Center to everyone. I want to thank Fred and his whole crew for their help last Saturday, good job guys!!
