Review content:
If there was a zero-star rating, that is what I would choose. They were unorganized and dishonest. They couldn't give me a quote until the repair person's truck happened to be in the office parking lot at the same time I called (they keep their paperwork in the truck; not a computer). After 3 weeks of waiting, I was told the window and screens would arrive the following week. I made arrangements (or so I thought) for them to CALL before they attempted to install the window; they did not call. They went to the property without any notification, which triggered the burglar alarm and dispatched the sheriff. I called and asked if they were installing a window - the person in the office said someone had gone to install the window, but that this person didn't trigger the alarm. When my husband called them back to get details for the sheriff, this company admitted to triggering the alarm and then lying about it. It took almost one full month to get a repair. Use them at your own risk.
