It was a nightmare working with this company, they came out five times to fix a problem with my wall oven but caused more problems than they fixed. It took four months to finally get it working and then they charged me $700 for their poor service and work. They ripped me off and refused to take responsibility for any of the problems they created. I'll tell anyone who will listen to never use Harold's. I had a bad experience the first time and I should have listened to my instincts and gone somewhere else.
