I went in this store on 9/25/2011 and got a phone swap. Shawn Zaploukal and another salesman, Chris were in there. I left a 8GB memory card laying on the counter and later realized it and gave them a call. I was told I would receive a phone call when they slowed down and no one called me back. I stopped in on 9/29/2011 when I had a chance to make the 20 mile trip back to Ames and the store manager new nothing about it, his name was Sam Zatloukal. After calling the corporate office they said it would be up to the manager for a resolution to this situation and to maybe check the store cameras. They have no cameras and the resolution was I lost a memory card. Don't shop here the salesmen are thief's!!! If need to decide there is one at 412 S. Duff Avenue Ames, IA 50010.
