Heather Mader, chef of Black Radish Personal Chef & Catering, is not only an incredibly talented chef - but viewing the presentation of her dishes is like visiting an art gallery filled with photographs of mouth watering food, surrounded by gorgeous floral arrangements. She catered my husband's surprise birthday party for 37 at a Portland wine bar. She created a menu that met all tastes - meat-lovers, fish-eater, and vegetarians. Heather is willing to work around food preferences, food allergies, and specialty diets. I cannot say enough about the food and presentation that this young lady puts out there! Rave reviews about her food from our party guests, as well as requests for her cards! Five star all of the way!
